4 platforms, already in use in classes and study programs | techupi.id

Academic work, well organized: from the classroom to accreditation

TechUPI brings together four platforms born from everyday campus work: supervising final projects, teaching programming, running IoT labs, and preparing accreditation evidence. Each one focuses on a single job, and does it well.

The TechUPI Ecosystem

Four platforms.
Each built to do one job well.

Each platform stands on its own with its own address, so you can adopt what you need without moving every process at once.

Final Project & Thesis Management

ArSys: from research topic to Final-defense, right from your phone

A final project involves many people: students, supervisors, examiners, and program administrators. ArSys puts them all on the same workflow, so everyone knows which stage a project is at and what comes next.

  • Research topics: lecturers offer and manage research topics for students to choose from.
  • Supervision and review: dedicated Supervise and Review menus to follow supervised students and assess their manuscripts.
  • Defense stages: Pre-defense and Final-defense are managed as separate stages, with dedicated roles for defense teams.
  • One account, many roles: a lecturer who is also Head of Study Program or on a specialization team simply switches roles, without signing out.
  • Announcements: important notices appear right on the home screen.

Programming Classes

Programee: well-run programming classes, from assignments to analytics

Teaching programming means juggling many classes, many assignments, and many deadlines. Programee organizes them by semester, course, and class, so lecturers can focus on the teaching itself.

  • Join codes: students join a class with a code, and the class list builds itself in the Roster.
  • Individual and group tasks: every task has a clear deadline, and groups are managed right inside the class.
  • Assessments, question banks, and instruments: questions are stored and reused from one semester to the next.
  • Class analytics: follow class progress without compiling spreadsheets by hand.

Remote Laboratory

CLab: IoT lab work, no longer tied to the lab room

Lab equipment is limited and lab schedules are packed. CLab opens the IoT laboratory online, so students can keep practicing outside lab hours and lab rooms, while lecturers and admins stay in control.

  • Clear roles: superadmins, admins, lecturers, and students each get their own workspace.
  • Works with the tools you already use: GitHub and Moodle integrations are set up from a single configuration page.
  • Configurable AI assistant: choose the AI provider and monitor its status from the dashboard.
  • Operations under control: audit logs, broadcasts to users, and a maintenance mode.

Archive & Accreditation

ArsipM: accreditation evidence collected from day one, not the week before the site visit

Accreditation documents tend to be scattered across email, chat groups, and individual lecturers' laptops. ArsipM gathers them into one archive, maps them to the criteria, and shows which items are still missing evidence, well before the deadline.

  • Item-by-item completeness: evidence status for every criterion item, split by TS, TS-1, and TS-2, with an overall completion percentage.
  • Automatic academic year: documents are counted toward the year the sender tags (e.g. #2026/2027), or by the date received.
  • Clear ownership: every item has an owner and an assistant, filterable by criteria group.
  • Beyond accreditation: document archive, lecturer and publication data, and Internal Quality Audit in one place.
  • Ready for multiple units: each unit (tenant) manages its own users, contributors, and document taxonomy.

Who It's For

Built for the people who keep campus running

Students

Keep up with class tasks and deadlines in Programee, do IoT lab work from anywhere with CLab, and track final project stages in ArSys.

Lecturers

Run classes, question banks, and analytics; offer research topics, supervise, and review student final projects.

Program Administrators

Oversee final project workflows and defense readiness as Head of Study Program, and manage users and platform settings.

Quality & Accreditation Teams

Monitor evidence completeness per criterion, assign owners and assistants, and run Internal Quality Audits in ArsipM.

Principles

Shared across all four platforms

Role-based

Everyone sees only what matters for their role, from students to superadmins.

Comfortable on any screen

Interfaces are designed for both laptops and phones, because academic work doesn't always happen at a desk.

Complement, not replace

Connects with tools campuses already use, such as Moodle and GitHub, instead of forcing a switch.

Traceable

Audit logs, pipeline monitoring, and document quarantine make every change traceable and accountable.
